Wild Kingdom Volunteer Opportunities

• A small group leader serves as a shepherd to our children by building relationships with them and encouraging them to grow in their own relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Serves 2 hours weekly and 1 hour in a huddle with other small group leaders each month

• A greeter welcomes and registers the children and their parents into their class.
• Serves ½ hour before service 2-4 times a month.

• A set-up/clean-up helper sets up and takes down Wild Kingdom classrooms and hallways for weekend services.

• An activity station helper plans and sets up varied activities during the week and then helps with the setting up and running of the stations on the weekends.

• A book table helper assists or runs the Wild Kingdom book table after each service. This volunteer keeps inventory of merchandise and reorders when necessary, collects registrations and fees, and sells T-shirts and other WK items.

• These volunteers provide one-on-one assistance with children of all ages who require special help so they will be able fully participate in the Wild Kingdom.

• This volunteer helps with updating family registration and attendance and assists in sending curriculum and information to other WK volunteers.

• These volunteers serve by holding and comforting little ones during our weekend services.

• An adult helper facilitates the leading of small group time for visiting seekers or inconsistently attending children.
• Serves 2 hours weekly once every 4 weeks

• A substitute small group leader helps by facilitating/leading small group time when a small group leader is absent or aids in leading a group of visiting/seeking or inconsistently attending children for visiting seekers or inconsistently attending children.

• A junior high student helper works with the small group leader to provide an enjoyable experience for the children and learn about leading a group of their own.
