DivorceCare
There aren’t many people around you who understand the pain your divorce or separation has caused. Join us and learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. Some children struggle with separation and divorce, while others seem to bounce back quickly. But in the long run, all children are affected. DivorceCare for Kids (for children 5-12) will help minimize the negative effects of divorce on a child’s schoolwork, emotional health, and spiritual life. GriefShare
If you are grieving the death of someone close to you, it may be hard to be optimistic about today, let alone the future. At GriefShare we understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. Please join us for this 13-week course. Real Solutions
Join us every Friday evening for Real Solutions—an Inland Hills Church recovery program. Grab a cup of coffee and meet others for this Christ-based, 12-step program. Study and discussion groups for men and women cover areas such as anger, resentment, guilt, shame, abuse, and addictions to drugs, alcohol, food, shopping, sex, and more. New 12-Step Groups
Our new 12-step study groups begin Monday, 7/21, at 7 pm. Separate men’s and women’s groups will meet to cover subjects such as “Stepping out of Denial into God’s Grace” and “Getting Right with God, Yourself, and Others.” There is a cost of $20 for study materials. Sew Blessed
This ministry features a group of volunteers who create special quilts for people in critical need of prayer. Thread is used to take stitches through the quilt layers and the ends are left free to be tied in a knot. As each knot is tied, a prayer is offered for someone in need; then, the quilt is given to that person. Each week, there are prayer quilts awaiting your prayers at the Sew Blessed table following weekend services.
